These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, digital portals, and financial advisory services provided by Aurumedge Advisory Private Limited ("Aurumedge Capital", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our platform, submitting loan inquiries, or utilizing our services for Business Loans, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Mutual Funds, and Insurance, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Nature of Services

• You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.
• Aurumedge Capital acts as a professional financial facilitator and advisory platform, connecting users with RBI-registered banks, NBFCs, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), and licensed insurance providers.
• We do not directly disburse loans; loan approvals, interest rates, tenures, and final sanctions are solely at the discretion of our partner financial institutions based on their internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

3. User Obligations & Information Accuracy

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when filling out loan applications, consulting for mutual funds, or purchasing insurance. Providing false or misleading information may lead to the immediate rejection of your application or termination of services. You authorize Aurumedge Capital and partner institutions to execute credit bureau inquiries (such as soft or hard checks) as part of your eligibility assessment.

4. Fees, Charges, and Disclosures

Any applicable service fees, processing fees, or agent commissions associated with loan disbursement, mutual fund investments, or insurance policies will be transparently communicated prior to final agreement execution. Aurumedge Capital holds no hidden charges. All financial transactions governed by partner lenders or financial product providers are subject to their respective terms and applicable statutory taxes (e.g., GST).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, graphics, interface designs, trademarks, and software code displayed on this platform are the exclusive property of Aurumedge Advisory Private Limited. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aurumedge Capital shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of loan rejections by partner lenders, market fluctuations affecting mutual fund investments, delays in third-party processing, or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
